The track of a speedgate allows for smoother movement and indirectly also for a longer lifetime. The rail used as a guide for the gate leaves is mounted above them. This rail can also be used to carry signage. The gate leaves open at between 0.8 and 1,2 m/sec. In the open position they come behind the column.
